"Insurance agents are not my cup of tea when I need to search for one. And leaving the one I had in 2024 was the right course of action because it led me to Brandi Warmbier. I'm so tired of having to deal with good agent/bad agent. Bottom line is they want my money. I google searched for agents in several cities near home and Brandi stood out to me. Thank goodness I made the appointment with her. I discussed my last agent, my fear of insurance agents, how she could honestly help me get over my fears of being taken advantage of etc. I will tell you first off, Brandi is very personable and a very good listener. (She is detail oriented) She was what I needed her to be. I needed her to work on my behalf and to look out for my best interests without me having to be defensive, skeptical or to second guess everything. Like an advocate if you will only with a personal side to it. Brandi was HONEST and FORTHRIGHT. Exactly what I needed. When someone is being completely honest with you it's something you know instinctively by eye contact, body language, being themselves, tone of voice, facts, coming with different scenarios and just being herself and professionally candid. It's been over a year since being with Brandi Warmbier & State Farm and it was a decision that got me and my family out of the dark times of negative Auto and Home Insurance skepticism to someone I VALUE and RESPECT tremendously. Quality human beings are what we hope for our children when they grow up and Brandi truly is the professional agent you can count on!"
